Great on Ritz crackers

Ingredients:

1/2 pound
Velveeta Cheese
1 package
Cream Cheese
3/4
cup
Chopped Green Onions
3/4
cup
Chopped Green Olives
3/4
cup
Chopped Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
1 package
Chipped Beef (chopped)

Instructions:

1.
Roll Velveeta in a gallon Ziploc bag until it spreads to all corners of the bag and is about 1/4" thick. Then cut the edges of the Ziploc.
2.
Soften and spread the cream cheese over the entire flattened Velveeta.
3.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients over Velveeta and cream cheese.
4.
Roll cheese up making a pinwheel effect on the end and pinch ends together.
5.
Best when refrigerated for 24 hours.
